Before cleaning heavily soiled carpeted areas, Deluxe Carpet Cleaning highly recommends thoroughly brushing carpet with the "Deluxe Soft Nylon Carpet Rake." The rake is designed to loosen dirt and silt particles which have become embedded in the carpet fibers. This enables you to vacuum solids out of the carpet before cleaning. Instructions For Use:

1. Bruah up pile and vacuum area.
2. If soil area is stained, apply small amount of Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Spot cleaner onto sponge and gently work into spotted area until stain is dissolved.
3. Sprinkle Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Drying Powder on area.
4. Let dry and thoroughly vacuum.
5. Let dry and thoroughly vacuum.
6. Apply Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Soil Retardant sparingly on area.
7. Avoid placement of furniture or heavy traffic on area until dry.

Take a rag and saturate it with white vinegar.  Work vigorously on a urine spot with a saturated rag.  After the two odors are combined on the rag, take the animal and give the animal a towel bath with the rag.  The animal will spend the next two hours licking that off its fur.  Take a squirt bottle, place a light mist of vinegar around and potential targets.  The animal will not want to lick that off itself to many times.

• A dog will take two or three applications.
• A cat will take four or five tries.

• Salt is an excellent absorber for liquid such as blood.
• Peanut Butter will remove gum.
• Remember to brush upholstery and rake your carpet!

4. Apply Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Carpet & Upholstry Cleaner with sponge.
5. Sprinkle Deluxe Carpet Cleaning Drying Powder on area.
6. Let dry and thoroughly vacuum.

8. Avoid placement of furniture or heavy traffic on area until dry.

• Numeroues other oily food spills

• Tea
• Blood
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Common tracked-in mud stains
